Our 100% vegan organic chocolate is a tempting delicacy that is characterized by its simple recipe and comes with a generous cocoa content of 85% and fine coconut blossom sugar. It is not only vegan, but also wonderfully creamy and fruity and it literally melts on the tongue like fine cocoa butter.
Our exquisite Mangroovia organic chocolate is carefully made by hand by the chef himself in Freiburg. In this batch, our strong, chocolatey Uranga Premium cocoa was traditionally ground together with our fine organic cocoa butter for 24 hours in a granite stone mill. Then only coconut blossom sugar is added and the mixture is ground again for 3 hours.
The liquid cocoa mass is then poured over a selection of delicious ingredients, including roasted coconut and hazelnuts, dried grapes, raspberries, barberries and our fine cocoa nibs with yacón syrup . A sprinkle of fine sea salt gives the organic chocolate the finishing touch and further emphasizes its finely creamy melt and fruity-sweet taste.
