Zeremonieller Kakao

Ceremonial cocoa

For our cocoa rituals, we use 30 - 35 g of ceremonial cocoa per serving, along with a teaspoon of coconut blossom sugar and our cocoa spice mix . All of these ingredients go into a pot and we add a large cup (300 ml) of water. Heat on the stove at a low heat but do not bring to the boil. Mix with a whisk and if you have a mixer or hand blender to hand, give your cocoa an extra massage with it. This will give you a beautiful crema like a barista would make, which is achieved thanks to the natural cocoa butter it contains.

If the cocoa is still too bitter for you, you can prepare it with oat or coconut milk (50/50) instead of just water, or sweeten it with a little more coconut blossom sugar or date syrup.

Hallo zusammen,
der Kakao ist so phantastisch, ich verwende diese Gewürzmischung:
Zimt, Cardamom, Nelken, Piment, Muskatnuss in Kuhmilch + Honig,
das ist so unglaublich lecker.
